| In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful | بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم | |
| O Lord, by our prayers upon him please open and widen our hearts, and ease our affairs, and alleviate our worries, and forgive our sins, and repay our debts, and mend our states, and fulfill our aspirations, and accept our repentance, and cleanse our errors, and support our argument, and purify out tongues, and populate our loneliness, and have mercy on our desolation. And make our prayers upon him a light that illuminates in front of us, and behind us, and to our rights, and to our lefts, and above us, and below us, and in our life and death, and in our graves, and our resurrection and gathering, and make it a shade over our heads during resurrection day, and with it increase our scales of good deeds, and let its graces upon us continue till we meet our prophet assured and pleased and anticipating good outcome. And do not part us from him till we enter through his entrance, and house us in his honorable neighborhood, with those whom You blessed of prophets and righteous and martyrs and pious and O what glorious company. | اَللّهُمَّ
اشْرَحْ بِالصَّلوةِ عَلَيْهِ صُدُوْرَنَا وَيَسِّرْبِهَا
اُمُوْرَنَا وَفَرِّجْ بِهَا هُمُوْمَنَا وَاكْشِفْ بِهَا غُمُوْمَنَا
وَاغْفِرْ بِهَا ذُنُوْبَنَا وَاقْضِ بِهَا دُيُوْنَنَا وَاَصْلِحْ بِهَا
اَحْوَالَنَا وَبَلِّغْ بِهَا امَالَنَا وَتَقَبَّلْ بِهَا تَوْبَتَنَا
وَاغْسِلْ بِهَا حَوْبَتَنَا وَانْصُرْ بِهَا حُجَّتَنَا وَطَهِّرْ
بِهَا اَلْسِنَتَنَا وَانِسْ بِهَا وَحْشَتَنَا وَارْحَمْ بِهَا
غُرْبَتَنَا وَاجْعَلْهَا نُوْرًا بَيْنَ اَيْدِيْنَا وَمِنْ خَلْفِنَا
وَعَنْ اَيْمَانِنَا وَعَنْ شَمَائِلِنَا وَمِنْ فَوْقِنَا وَمِنْ
تَحْتِنَا وَفِىْ حَيَاتِنَا وَمَوْتِنَا وَفِىْ قُبُوْرِنَا
وَحَشْرِنَا وَنَشْرِنَا وَظِلاًّ فِى الْقِيَامَةِ عَلى رُءُوْسَنَا
وَثَقِّلْ بِهَا يَا رَبِّ مَوَازِيْنَ حَسَنَاتِنَا وَاَدِمْ
بَرَكَاتِهَا عَلَيْنَا حَتّى نَلْقى نَبِيَّنَا وَسَيِّدَنَا مُحَمَّدًا
صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَنَحْنُ امِنُوْنَ مُطْمَئِنُّوْنَ
فَرِحُوْنَ مُسْتَبْشِرُوْنَ وَلاَ تُفَرِّقْ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَه حَتّى
تُدْخِلَنَا مُدْخَلَه وَتُؤوِيَنَا اِلى جَوَارِهِ الْكَرِيْمِ مَعَ
الَّذِيْنَ اَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ مِّنَ النَّبِيِّيْنَ
وَالصِّدِّيْقِيْنَ وَالشُّهَدَاءِ وَالصَّالِحِيْنَ وَحَسُنَ اُولئِكَ
رَفِيْقًا |

| O Lord, we believed in him without seeing him, so please pleasure us by seeing him in both worlds, and imprint our hearts with loving him, and employ us in his course (sunna) and make us die following his religion, and resurrect us among his rescued company and succeeding party, and benefit us with what our hearts hold of his love Sallallahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam, on the day when there is neither ancestry nor wealth nor children, and gather us by his clearest pool, and water us from his fulfilling grail, and facilitate for us visiting Your haram (the Kaaba) and his haram (the prophet’s mosque in Medina) before we die, and prolong our stay in Your haram and his haram Sallallahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam, till we die. | اَللّهُمَّ
اِنَّا امَنَّا بِه صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَلَمْ
نَرَه فَمَتِّعْنَا اَللّهُمَّ فِى الدَّارَيْنِ بِرُؤيَتِه وَثَبِّتْ
قُلُوْبَنَا عَلى مَحَبَّتِه وَاسْتَعْمِلْنَا عَلى سُنَّتِه وَتَوَفَّنَا
عَلى مِلَّتِه وَاحْشُرْنَا فِىْ زُمْرَتِه وَالنَّاجِيَةِ وَحِزْبِهِ
الْمُفْلِحِيْنَ وَانْفَعْنَا بِمَا انْطَوَتْ عَلَيْهِ قُلُوْبُنَا مِنْ
مَّحَبَّتِه صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ لاَجَدَّ وَلاَ مَالَ
وَلاَ بَنِيْنَ وَاَوْرِدْنَا حَوْضَهُ الْاَصْفى وَاسْقِنَا بِكَاسِهِ
الْاَوْفى وَيَسِّرْ عَلَيْنَا زِيَارَةَ حَرَمِكَ وَحَرَمِه مِنْ قَبْلِ
اَنْ تُمِيْتَنَا وَاَدِمْ عَلَيْنَا الْاِقَامَةَ بِحَرَمِكَ
وَحَرَمِه
صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اِلى اَنْ نَّتَوَفّى |

| O Lord, we use
his intercession with You - for he is Your most elegant
intercessor, and we beseech You by his status - for he is the greatest
with whose status anyone has beseeched You, and we beg You using him -
as he is the closest means to You. |
اَللّهُمَّ
اِنَّا نَسْتَشْفِعُ بِه اِلَيْكَ اِذْ هُوَ اَوْجَهُ
الشُّفَعَاءِ اِلَيْكَ وَنُقْسِمُ بِه عَلَيْكَ اِذْ هُوَ اَعْظَمُ مَنْ
اُقْسِمَ بِحَقِّه عَلَيْكَ وَنَتَوَسَّلُ بِه اِلَيْكَ اِذْ هُوَ
اَقْرَبُ الْوَسَائِلِ اِلَيْكَ |

| O Lord, we complain and confess our cruel hearts, our plentiful sins, our prolonged hopes, our immoral deeds, our laziness in obedience, and our eagerness for wrongdoing, for You are the best to complain and confess to. | نَشْكُوْا اِلَيْكَ يَا رَبِّ قَسْوَةَ قُلُوْبِنَا وَكَثْرَةَ ذُنُوْبِنَا وَطُوْلَ امَالِنَا وَفَسَادَ اَعْمَالِنَا وَتَكَاسُلَنَا عَنِ الطَّاعَاتِ وَهُجُوْمَنَا عَلَى الْمُخَالِفَاتِ فَنِعْمَ الْمُشْتَكى اِلَيْهِ اَنْتَ | |
| We seek Your support against our enemies and ourselves, so please support us; and we rely on Your grace for our goodness, so please do not assign us to anyone save You; and we associate ourselves to the honor of Your prophet, so please do not distance us; and we stand at Your door so please do not dismiss us, and You we beg so please do not disappoint us. | يَا رَبِّ بِكَ نَسْتَنْصِرُ عَلى اَعْدَائِنَا وَاَنْفُسِنَا فَانْصُرْنَا وَعَلى فَضْلِكَ نَتَوَكَّلُ فِىْ صَلاَحِنَا فَلاَ تَكِلْنَا اِلى غَيْرِكَ يَا رَبَّنَا وَاِلى جَنَابِ رَسُوْلِكَ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَنْسَتِبُ فَلاَ تُبَعِّدْنَا وَبِبَابِكَ نَقِفُ فَلاَ تَطْرُدْنَا وَاِيَّاكَ نَسْئَلُ فَلاَ تُخَيِّبْنا | |
| O Lord, please have mercy on our pleading, and calm our fears, and accept our deeds, and mend our affairs, and employ us in Your obedience, and destine us for goodness, and fulfill in excess our aspirations, and end our lives in happiness. | اَللّهُمَّ
ارْحَمْ تَضَرُّعَنَا وَامِنْ خَوْفَنَا وَتَقَبَّلْ اَعْمَالَنَا
وَاَصْلِحْ اَحْوَالَنَا وَاجْعَلْ بِطَاعَتِكَ اشْتِغَالَنَا وَاِلَى
الْخَيْرِ مَالَنَا وَحَقِّقْ بِالزِّيَادَةِ امَالَنَا وَاخْتِمْ
بِالسَّعَادَةِ اجَالَنَا |

| Here is our humility apparent in front of You, and our affair not invisible to You. You ordered us but we disobeyed, and You prohibited us and we committed; and we cannot afford except Your clemency, so forgive us, O Best Hope and Most Generous Requestee; You are The Pardoner, The Generous, The Clement, The Merciful; O Most Merciful of all the Merciful. | هذَا
ذُلُّنَا ظَاهِرٌ بَيْنَ يَدَيْكَ وَحَالُنَا لاَ يَخْفى عَلَيْكَ
اَمَرْتَنَا فَتَرَكْنَا وَنَهَيْتَنَا فَرْتَكَبْنَا وَلاَ يَسَعُنَا
اِلاَّ عَفْوُكَ فَاعْفُ عَنَّا يَا خَيْرَ مَأمُوْلٍ وَّاَكْرَمَ
مَسْئُوْلٍ اِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ غَفُوْرٌ رَّءُوْفٌ رَّحِيْمٌ يَّا اَرْحَمَ
الرَّاحِمِيْنَ |

| And The Lord sent prayers upon Sayyidina Mohammed and his
family and
companions and sent abundant peace and greetings; and praise and
gratitude be to Allah, The Lord of all worlds. |
وَصَلَّى
اللهُ عَلى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَّعَلى الِه وَصَحْبِه
وَسَلَّمَ تَسْلِيْمًا وَّالْحَمْدُ لِلّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ |
